SoundPlan UK Annual User Group Meeting, 2019
On the 16th of May, the SoundPLAN UK team welcomed SoundPLAN’s Managing Director, Jochen Schaal, all the way from Backnang, Germany to their Guildford office. Jochen made the trip over to Surrey to participate in the UK’s 2019 Annual User Group Meeting. The meeting is an opportunity for all of the UK SoundPLAN user community to meet one another and discuss new developments with the SoundPLAN team.
This year, users were updated on the progress of new software developments over the last two years, and in particular providing a demonstration of the improved and unrivalled room acoustics module as well as the development of import functions and sources of geographical data. Those in attendance were able to see the features of the brand new SoundPLAN essential 5.0 and SoundPLAN 8.2 versions of the software due to be released later this summer. As always, attendees were invited to give feedback in terms of how we can improve our services.
